I pulled it from last week's B3TA newsletter. Does anyone else find that the democratic side of internet (digg, 4chan, youtube front page) is failing due to the large number of retards who have equal say? I find leaving things in the hands of those few elite (B3TA, any others?) to produce much better results.

Yeah, spotted that it last week's newsletter and it made me chuckle immensely. You'll probably have noticed that most of my submissions to the "You think you know YouTube" thread are stolen from b3ta. Superb website, and I visit it daily. Reading the newsletter is my own treat for having done a load of boring work on a friday afternoon.
used to be a regular reader of metafilter - http://www.metafilter.com/ - but don't seem to go there as often. They limit their numbers which tends to act as a sieve for the overwhelming amount of crap that retards produce.
