buildering in nyc

Hey I was wondering if anyone had any tips for areas to builder in the city. Manhattan or Brooklyn. Much appreciated as I just moved to the area.

Hi, I'm also in NYC and looking for builderers; I'm writing a magazine article and I'd like to talk to some people who do it. Have you guys had success finding places to climb, or people who do it? I'm at nbhurst at uwalumni dot com

I'm going to school in NYC and I'm totally obsessed with the idea of buildering around here. If anyone wants someone to go with, I'm game. Especially if you have experience and are willing to help out a newbie like myself. I don't have much experience with buildering, however I'm quite good at rock climbing as well as running from cops.
